The practice’s work ranges from public and private developments to urban regeneration initiatives, including projects in regulated environments and highly complex contexts. Context represents the starting point of every project. Not only in landscape or physical terms, but also from a regulatory, administrative and economic perspective. In particularly sensitive environments, such as Lake Garda or the valleys of the Brescia region, projects emerge through attentive dialogue and collaboration with local institutions, seeking a balance between preservation and transformation. In healthcare and social infrastructure, as well as in projects funded under Italy’s National Recovery and Resilience Plan (PNRR), the practice adopts a rigorous and responsible approach, aimed at generating tangible and lasting benefits for the community.
